The Enriquez Estate

Our beautiful estate vineyard is located on Eastside Road in Forestville, California, in the heart of the Russian River Valley. It's 8.5 acres with 4.5 acres planted to Russian River Pinot Noir. Current clones are 667, 777, Pisoni, 882 and Pommard 5. Soil is Laniger Loam. Average slope is 5% located 88.76 ft above sea level. We have no physical neighbors allowing us to enjoy endless vineyard views.

Over the years the property has been a cow dairy farm, private 8-hole golf course, and became a vineyard in 2007. Cecilia currently lives on the property with her two dogs, Tyler & Riley, and her Chinchilla, Louie. The family hopes to turn the 5000 sqft red barn into a production and tasting room facility in the near future. The property also contains an old "milk barn" building that has been converted into a luxurious two bedroom vacation rental. The estate encompasses quintessential wine country: rustic, charm and tranquility while enjoying today's modern amenities and close proximity to downtown Healdsburg.
