REVIEW: Light rose petal rimmed with teaberry in colour. The aromas fill the glass with potpourri , ripe cherry and earth. The palate is breathtaking, offering melted candied apple, salted cherry, earth, sweet tobacco leaf and warm strawberry spice. Finishes like a orchestra building to the climactic finish, with all flavors coming together in perfect harmony. A wine I believe is in its perfect drinking years, and one that will be remembered. This is what represents Umami to me. Drink now through 2023
